- Yes, a possible problem is the inbuilt terminator if the drive uses such and
- they┤re jumpered. If the terminator is faulty and cannot be disabled, you
- may get alot of problems when connecting the drive to a chain with a proper
- terminator. And the vendor cannot find any problems when they tries the
- drive with the inbuilt terminator.

- Another problem may be the SCSI-addressing. If the circuit is faulty,
- the bus will lock if the drive is connected into a chain with other
- drives, but may works fine alone.
